WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As coaches we look for ways to give coaches more extraordinary results with greater ease.  Usually, a 3 to 6 month coaching engagement of 12 x 90 minute sessions, either online or face to face or a mixture of both depending on the coaches requirement.  

The keys to a coaching relationship being successful in our experience include;

  • An objective perspective to challenge your industry/organisation thinking
  • Commitment by the coach and coachee to the 3 to 6 month relationship 
  • Honesty and understanding what both parties bring the engagement
  • Openness to share information, try new things and push established boundaries in a safe space 
  • Accountability as this is about doing things differently to get a different result, so comfort zones will be supported and challenged to achieve extraordinary results
  • Measuring success through behavioural change and habits  

Introducing processes and tools specifically aimed to give the coachee deeper insights, new awareness or breakthroughs in the journey towards their goals and celebrating success.

Our Leadership Development programmes are designed to include some or all of the Aligned Leadership 3 Modules to equip leaders with the leadership mindset, skills and behaviours to ensure teams can deliver growth and business success. Online programmes available for self directed learning, supported with live Q&A sessions or classroom based workshops will be trained and facilitated by experienced members of the team.
